The women who go to the empty tomb have a plan to anoint Jesus' body, but they soon realize the main problem with their plan is not merely that the body is missing but that they had planned to anoint his body in the first place. Today, we (and the culture) are still frequently surprised by the empty tomb, and once again must come to grips with the reality that our Savior is an alive Savior, confounding expectations and bringing back from irrelevance and failure those who trust in him.

Join the Media Ministry in serving our community! Opportunities include graphic design, website maintenance, managing our computer systems and network equipment, and running audio or video for our worship services.
Our live stream reaches both our congregation and individuals beyond, providing a vital connection to worship for many. Your help ensures that this lifeline continues to thrive. No prior experience is required as training will be provided, but seasoned individuals are also warmly welcomed. Together, we strengthen our faith community through learning and collaboration.
We have several overdue projects, such as implementing a scalable data backup solution, completing our WiFi networks, organizing our network equipment rack, and redesigning our website. Additionally, assistance is needed in creating image and video assets for our website, live stream, and video recordings.
If you’re able to volunteer your time in any capacity, please contact Larry, our Deacon of Technology, at larry@stjamesglencarbon.org. Your contribution makes a difference!
Thank you for your support in enhancing our church’s digital presence and operations!
