What do we do when we're convinced God has let us down? When we're troubled by all the evil he has allowed to happen? When we're convinced he's not held up his end of the bargain in helping us? We put him on trial: we present the evidence and convict him of not being a good God. This is what we did to Jesus, and he willingly underwent it for us.
