Christians have been united to Jesus so that his death to sin means that we have died to sin, and his resurrection means that Christians have been given the power of a new, free life. This happens through our baptism, in which the word of God is mixed with normal water to create faith in us and bind us to Jesus and all his benefits.

Readings and sermon were delivered by Pastor Aaron Mueller.
