The crowd who has just witnessed Jesus raise Lazarus from the dead follow Jesus into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday – the impossibility of the dead being raised irresistibly pulling all toward Jesus. But when some Greeks are pulled by the possibility of resurrection to Jesus, he knows that the time for the most impossible thing of all has arrived.

Ministry Spotlight – St. James Technology Team

Join the Media Ministry in serving our community! Opportunities include graphic design, website maintenance, managing our computer systems and network equipment, and running audio or video for our worship services.

Our live stream reaches both our congregation and individuals beyond, providing a vital connection to worship for many. Your help ensures that this lifeline continues to thrive. No prior experience is required as training will be provided, but seasoned individuals are also warmly welcomed. Together, we strengthen our faith community through learning and collaboration.

We have several overdue projects, such as implementing a scalable data backup solution, completing our WiFi networks, organizing our network equipment rack, and redesigning our website. Additionally, assistance is needed in creating image and video assets for our website, live stream, and video recordings.

If you’re able to volunteer your time in any capacity, please contact Larry, our Deacon of Technology, at larry@stjamesglencarbon.org. Your contribution makes a difference!
