Every once in a while, it's good to look up or look forward, to see what lies ahead. Because life with your head down can be tiring and not good for your health, spiritually speaking. Peter, James and John had the opportunity to look beyond the present and actually saw what we all look forward to, seeing the glory of Jesus. Here's the thing though, the cross still had to come, suffering for Jesus and for us living now still has to happen. But, every once in awhile, we get a foretaste of what's to come! Jesus transfigured or transformed before us!!
