In the garden of Eden, the Enemy tempts Adam and Eve with the lie that he can give them godlike power. In the wilderness, Satan tells the same lie to Jesus. But Jesus resisted the temptation, reversing the curse of Adam and Eve's fall, and providing a way for us to be forgiven and empowered.
