God's plan to redeem the world, established by his covenant with Abraham, includes the conquest of the Gentiles – the promise that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow in all of creation. Two examples from the story of the Bible are the conversion of Rahab of Jericho and the conversion of the centurion at the foot of the cross. In both cases, the lies of this world's gods were broken through by the strength through weakness of the one true God in Jesus.
Readings and sermon were delivered by Pastor Aaron Mueller.
