Please plan to attend an upcoming Voters’ Meeting on Sunday, November 1st following our worship service, where the Sanctuary Design Committee will share an overview of the planned sanctuary updates. Following the presentation, three specific items will be brought before the congregation for discussion: (1) additional funding for improvements beyond the originally approved budget, (2) a modification to the altar platform and sacristy and (3) a decision regarding the future of our existing organ (whether to retain, relocate, donate, or sell it). Your participation is encouraged as we make these important decisions together for the future of St. James. Childcare will be provided.
