We are requesting help from the congregation with a gift card drive. We need $25 gift certificates to Walmart and Aldi’s. We chose that amount because that should be enough to buy at least one pair of socks and shoes.
These gift certificates will be used to assist the team in buying shoes, socks, boots, and warm clothes for our Glen Carbon Elementary School students as the need arises. We also intend to buy bags of groceries from time to time for some of our needy families that attend the Glen Carbon Elementary School.
