• What are Community Groups?
    • Community Groups offer a wide range of opportunities for fellowship “community”  in a small group environment.

    • Wherever is best for the group (Coffee Shop, Church, Leader’s home, etc).
  • When do they meet?
    •  Some meet during the day, some evening.  Some meet weekly, others bi-weekly – all based on the needs of the group.
  • Can children attend?
    • Absolutely!  Babysitting is provided.
  • How many groups are there now?
    • We currently have six Community Groups.
      • Mondays at 6:30pm in Shiloh with Dale & Rhonda Langefeld
      • Mondays at 6:30pm in Collinsville with Kevin & Shanna Covarrubias
      • Tuesdays at 6pm in Maryville with Dave & Jamie Moldenhauer
      • Wednesdays at 10:00am at St. James Fellowship Hall with Bob & Marilyn Whipkey

While the idea behind the community group program is the same for all groups – be in Christian community – each group is tailored to its participants’ needs and preferences.

Community groups are a great way to meet your St. James family, begin or deepen relationships and grow in Christ together.

There is a community group ready to welcome you!  If you are interested in joining a group or starting a group, contact Shanna at Shannacovarrubias@saintjamesglencarbon.org for locations and times available, or call the church office.
